Using Rmind
By creating an account or using Rmind you agree to these terms. The app is provided as a personal memory aid. You are responsible for the content you create and store.
Acceptable use
Don't use Rmind to store or process content that is illegal in your country, that violates someone else's rights, or that constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Premium subscription
Rmind Premium is billed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the store's subscription settings.
AI features
Rmind uses Google Gemini to power digests, parsing, and search. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — treat it as an assistant, not an authority. Don't rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, or financial decisions. Rmind is a personal memory aid, not a medical, legal, or professional service.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → About Rmind → Manage your data → Delete account. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rmind's liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the previous twelve months. The app is provided "as is" without warranties.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and surface a notice the next time you sign in.
